To apply for sales space at our next ConDor, you may apply online or return the dealer's registration form, appropriate tax form(s) and your check, made payable to ConDor, to the address indicated on the Dealer Registration Form. Questions and comments may be directed to me at: dealers

Dealers' Room spaces may be purchased under the following guidelines:

• $60 for the first space (6' x 6').  Fee includes one full membership.  One 6' table will be provided.
• For the second space. One 6' table will be provided.  (Note:  This does include an additional membership.)
• IF AVAILABLE, additional spaces may be purchased at $60.00 each.
• Additional memberships may be purchased at the Dealers' rate of $25.00.

Space is allocated on a first come, first served basis. By convention time there is usually a waiting list of dealers hoping someone else will cancel.

A few words about California State Sales Tax laws. All dealers must fill out and sign the form "BT-410-D Swap Meets, Flea Markets, Or Special Events Certification" form. On this form please note "Section 3. STATUS." If you hold a California State Board of Equalization Seller's Permit, check that box and enter your account number in the space provided. If you don't have a Seller's Permit, and aren't selling either Exempt Property or your sales aren't exempt Occasional Sales, then you must fill out the Temporary Seller's Permit. After the convention, you may be required to file a Sales Tax Return with appropriate attached forms.
